Some reviews claimed you only needed a little bit of this to go along way. I went ahead and spent the money and I'm so glad I did. This is fantastic shampoo! It has a low lather but it gets my hair very clean without stripping it. There is no build up or residue left behind like other shampoos that have silicone in them. I was impressed with how colorsafe this was also. I use a very bright direct dye on my hair. when i use this shampoo I do not see as much hair color run out in the soap as I did with my drugstore color safe shampoo that I had bought previously . I just finished my first bottle and I ordered my second. I have really sensitive skin and I cannot use any shampoos and conditioners sold in stores and salons. Until this point i have been using "Free and Clear" shampoo and conditioner, which doesn't irritate my skin, however it does dry my skin out a lot. This Enso conditioner has been a life-saver for me, it makes my hair feel hydrated and it looks silky and healthy, but most importantly, it doesn't irritate my very sensitive skin. Well worth the price. Also the bottles are well made and come sealed.
