Holy Grail!!
I consider this my holy grail acne product. After years of dealing with hormonal cystic acne flare ups, somewhere on the Internet this product was recommended to me and it has been a game changer. I’ve been using this product for about five years now. If you ever get blind pimples you need to try this product. I have found it’s effective on all forms of acne! Pros: Overnight improvement. The only product I’ve tried that can bring a blind people to the surface is 24-48 hours ( sometimes as little as 12) Small textured bumps are diminished as well. Cons: If you’re the type of person waging a war with constant acne, you typically need to continually use this or breakouts can resurface. Because of the formula this can be very drying and cause flakiness. It’s up to you to find the right balance of how much to apply for it to be effective ( usually doesn’t take much) My routine: I use cetaphil (off brand is fine) to cleanse, combined with a nightly use of this product and then use a Q-tip saturated with water dipped in tea tree oil dabbed on dark spots. I’ve seen so much difference using this routine. But proceed cautiously because this product is strong and tea tree oil must be diluted and used sparingly or can cause minor chemical burns.

My holly grale
I have been using this product for over a year now and it has completely removed all of my acne. I had acne on my forehead and my nose area. Within a week I could see a HUGE difference. This product is so good I tell all my friends about it and they all have had the same experience as me. This also last a really long time, last time I bought this was in November 2018 and I ran out and bought a new one May 2019. The ONLY thing about this, is that it makes you dry in the areas you apply it. This is not a big issue for me because I just moisturizer after and it makes it all better. I recommend this 100%!

It doesn't burn at all! It really does work ...
It doesn't burn at all! It really does work! However, it does not dry on clear unless you really rub it in.

Works but WHY is it so expensive now?!?!
I really do love this product. It doesn't flair my skin up, doesn't feel thick or heavy, and goes on nicely under moisturizer. But why, ...WHY is it so friggin expensive now? Come on Neutrogena! I remember purchasing this originally under 15 bucks. Now it $54+! That's sad.

AMAZING
My dermatologist gave me a sample bottle of this and I loved it. I have combination skin, cystic acne, and a very red tone. Within days of using the combination of a probiotic wash and this my skin was nearly perfect. The face mask blurred my pores, reduced redness, and made a huge difference in reducing the size of my acne. I honestly think it’s doing a better job than my face wash, I recommend using a light moisturizer and letting it dry before applying the mask!

To harsh for my sensitive skin
This says it's a mask but you have to have very tough skin after about 5 mins your skin is on fire and needs to be washed right away. I have cystic acne and my doctor recommended I try something like this but my skin is just way to sensitive it seems to have made things worse it felt like my skin was burning off. I even did it for two weeks to see if I could get use to it and only did it once a day instead of three and still had bad burning. If you have sensitive skin this might not be the best product to use.

My cure for scalp folliculitis
I just had to share my experience. I started to develop scalp folliculitis about 2 years ago and it never went away. Even after multiple trips to the dermatologist, multiple courses of doxycycline and erythromycin, and of course hundreds of dollars, it just kept coming back. Even the erythromycin started to lose its effectiveness. It helped in the beginning, but eventually I quit using it altogether because it just stopped working. So I did some research and stumbled across a forum thread where others had shared their success with this product after trying everything. Skeptical, I bought it. Luckily, I haven't looked back. I don't use it religiously, and I still get an occasional bump, but the difference is remarkable. I'm no longer in pain nor embarrassed by all the unsightly bumps on my head. You be the judge. I hope this helps someone else struggling with this annoying affliction.

Bottle had a tear and got contaminated - got red itchy rashes
So so mad and upset right now. I purchased this product before and used it, and it was a good experience for me. But this was my second time purchasing this product, and when I took out the bottle, it had a tear near the seam. I ignored that (not smart on my part) and still used it anyway. I just woke up from using it at night today and my face is literally covered in itchy red irritated patches. This has never happened to me. I am so mad. Why would they ever deliver a contaminated and damaged product like this in the first place? I know I'm not going to buy this again. I'll just buy the 2.5% benzoyl peroxide mask from Paula's choice or acne.org or something like that. I'm in the process of switching to cruelty free products anyways so not going to be purchasing this again. What a horrible experience. And a side note, for some reason this product always made me sneeze a lot if I put it anywhere near my nose or mouth. I would sneeze constantly. im probably allergic to something in it as well
