A simple fan is available in market for 2000₹.When you spend more than 10000₹ on a fan what do you expect?Lets see what do you get in this fanLets talk about features:1. Aero slim as the name suggests: 1 star, its not at all slim, its a very bulky fan with very thick blades and a very big central cylinder so 1 star for that2. Inbulit light: 2 stars for that because its a plain yellow light in which nothing appears clear and 8n ita original color, no color change, no bulb replacement option available so 2 stars is enough for that3. Smart fan features: are kya ghanta smart fan, it dosent even have app available in the google playstore for the latest andoird version or even for a earlier version. You have to install it from third party site which always risks of installing a virus in your phone without your knowledge nd then comes credit card banking related scams etc. Trust me you dont want to go that route so forget smart features. Done ever install any app from such sources, have suffered from such scams thats why I'm telling the same from experience. -5 stars for that company should stop advertising about that because without app there is no network connectivity and without network connectivity no smart features4. Remote features: -1 star for remote. very basic remote is provided, same quality of remote is delivered in a fan worth 4k-5k in aeroslim then why spent 10000 bucks for this piece of garbage.5 BLDC motor: Again -5 stars. BLDC fans are available in 3-5 k, why spent 10k for that when nothing else works6. Quality of product provided: As the name suggests its supposed to be a quiet fan. The jokes on you if you purchase it seeing that. Ever since it was installed at our house its continously making squeaky sounds, so forget peaceful silent nights for sleeping.NOW COMES THE MOST IMPORTANT7. SERVICESERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANTBECAUSE IF YOU HAVE SPENT 10000₹ WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF ALL THESE ISSUES WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO DO ABOUT ITYOU CAN ONLY RAISE A SERVICE CENTRE COMPLAINTI DID THE SAMEMY FIRST COMPLAINT WAS RAISED IN A WEEK POST INSTALLATION FOR THAT SQUEAKY NOISE FROM THE FANTHE TECHNICIAN VISITED AND CHECKED SOMETHING, SAID THE PROBLEM IS FIXED AND WONT HAPPEN AGAINBUT THE VERY NEXT DAY SAME PROBLEM AGAINWAITED FOR A WEEK FOR IT TO GET FIXED BUT NO LUCKRAISED A COMPLAINT AGAINND SINCE THEN IT HAS BEEN OVER A MONTH TECHNICIAN HAS NOT VISITED THE HOUSE FOR REPAIR. HE DOSENT PICKS THE CALLS AND WHEN I CALLED IN TODAY TO COMPLAINT THE SERVICE CENTRE THEY SIMPLY CANCELLED THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINT WITHOUT ANY ACTION TAKEN IN OVER A MONTH TIME, WRITING ANY COMMENT ON THAT AND SAID WE ARE SORRY FOR THIS EXPERIENCE WE DONT KNOW WHATS WRONGSo this was my ultimate experience with this fan in a place like Delhi NCR, baaki chhote cities me kya service denge bhagwan hi malik hai iskaPLEASE REFRAIN YOUSLRSELF FROM BUYING THIS COMPLETLY OBSOLETE PRODUCT AND LOOK FOR OTHER OPTIONS

Elegant and excellent Product value for money good ecstatic Look good flow of Air

I have just bought the fan this week. The fan is really sleek, aesthetically designed, noise free and good great airflow.However the remotes are painful because each one interferes with the other - not allowing the fans to operate independently. I don’t know if this is a coding issue or something else. . Both my fans are installed in the same room and am expecting them to operate in isolation with two separate remotes. If I want to switch on one fan, the other switches off. If this issue doesn’t get resolved, I will be looking for a refund .

The media could not be loaded. I waited for 2 weeks for the orient technician to come, unfortunately nobody came, then i decided to install it by myself. Read the manual and fitted the leaf and other components. Then i buyed a tester from amazon to give main connection. I was very confused which wires from ceiling should be connected to black and red wire of the fan. Design wise the fan is excellent. Remote is Ok, works well with Alexa. Orient smart app is also good. If you have a sloped ceiling make sure the distance between ceiling and fan blades must be atleast 25 cm. Mine was exactly 25cm. Light is just ok. Timer also working correctly. Thats it**Very Important Notes******Always keep the old existing regulator at full speed by default before using this fan even though it works on remote. Never put ur old regulator on 1, 2 or 3. Rotate it to the maximum speed and let it be..***After linking with Alexa, Rename the product name to ' Fan 'in Orient smart app. Then only it will recognize.Always use a tester to identity Phase and Neutral. The Black wire from the fan should be connected to the black wire from the Ceiling, similarly the red wire from the fan should be connected to the Yellow wire to the Ceiling. Here my yellow wire was Live wire.When we switch ON the fan, make sure its on level 1 speed, then put it on level 2, then level 3.. just like shifting the gear of a car.Cons: Initial days fan started making tik tik noise, but the noise stopped automatically after a week..first i thought it was because of lose nut and bolt, but the actual reason was something else, most probably a voltage fluctuation.
