Solid tool
It did the job to remove the center swing piston cap on my Yamaha F350 tilt trim power unit. The pins have held up and do not show any damage.

nice!
worked great. nicely made.

Cheap
Cheap aluminum pins broke the first time I used it. No spares included and replacement pins from other manufacturers cost more than the tool!

Check your end cap size before ordering
Was to be used to change end cap seals on a outboard trim unit, listing said it will fit my engine, wrong size, my fault for not checking it out thoroughly, seems to be good quality,

Misleading description
The description indicates that this wrench will work on Johnson and Evinrude motors. I have a 1981 Johnson 60 hp and a 2013 Evinrude 30 hp. The wrench did not fit either of them. Returned.

Information is misleading
This wrench with is 6mm pins does not fit the trim cylinder cap in the photo. However , it does fit the larger lift cylinder cap. This is misleading because it appears to be for ALL Yamaha trim tilt Showa style cylinders. A second tool will be required to remove the smaller trim cylinder using 4mm pins and 34mm spacing on the holes.

Worked for my SHOWA tilt cap on my Honda 130
