Dinosaurs Don't, Dinosaurs Do (I Like to Read)

I randomly came across this book one day at the public library and picked it up for my 2 year old daughter that likes dinosaurs. She loved it so much I had to buy it. It was a perfectly timed coincidence for us. I had been looking for books that talk about manners and appropriate behavior and this book addresses a lot of that. I could just see her little wheels turning as we read trying to process the information. I’ve already recommended it to my other friends with toddlers.

What's funny is that I checked this out at the library and he loved it so much that I ended up purchasing it. In fact, we both love it! It shows pictures of what dinosaur should and should not do! Believe it or not, my son requests this book just about every night!! I thought he would be less inclined to read about something he should not do lol!! Great book!

I love this book, I teach 2 year olds and they have learned so much from this book. I have one child in my class who takes all of one toy and won't share them. I hear my kids telling him that good dinosaurs don't just take take take, good dinosaurs share! Lesson learned! They also use other phrases in class and it makes me happy to know they are taking good lessons from this book and applying them to their every day life.

My 4 year old son loves this book. Cute pictures and it teaches good lessons in a fun way. One of our favorite bedtime stories

My five and two year old love this book and ask me to read it again and again! Good message on how to act and makes it funny!

You can't go wrong with dinosaurs and this is a cute book encouraging kids to behave well. It's not large and it doesn't have tons of text, but that's good in my opinion especially for kids just learning to read and wanting to read themselves.

This is one of my grandson's favorite books. He checked it out at the church library numerous times before I finally bought this one for him. The reason we all like dinosaurs is because of how nice they are - they share, they clean up their messes, they talk nicely, they treat others like they want to be treated, etc. Great book - teachable - Christian values.
