I love these bowls, very well made no imperfections or chips. Were packaged well and arrived in tact. They are perfect for my soups and my oatmeal, just the right portions. The handlesare very useful when holding a dish that’s hot or removing them from the oven when making French onion soup. I only recieved four with this order so I am going to order another set!UPDATE*** for as expensive as these bowls are there are imperfections in the glazing that will cause these to age faster and not last as long. Plus the company will send you a coupon you cannot redeem or use! Won’t buy again!

I can't count the times I've looked for small bowls for single meals . These are perfect just for me. Love the comfort handle and sturdy structure**** I'm sad.. yesterday I made homemade chicken. Noodle soup. Was excited to use my new and much anticipated bowls.. and I poured soup into my new bowl and this happened. (See pic) ot broke 💔 I'm crushed. I love these bowls so much.

These soup crocks are MUCH nicer quality than I ever expected. They are a great size, heavy and sturdy and very nicely made. They were also packaged quite well, so pretty much impossible to be scratched or chipped during shipping. They're very bright white which I wanted, and very nicely glazed. I'm so happy I purchased them, now they're just waiting for the French onion soup!

My husband and I love our Sweese steeping mugs so much, we went back and bought BOTH the 15 oz and the 20 oz bowls. Perfect for individual portions, dinner casseroles, just about anything. Haven’t used them in the oven yet, but I certainly will. Perfect in the microwave — handles don’t get hot! Cleaning is a breeze, even with baked on food. I am one happy customer, lol!

So far I like everything. The handle is a good size and does not get hot when warming something in the microwave. The bowl is big enough for a good amount of soup.

I bought eight of these beautiful bowls and couldn't be happier with them. I bought them for French Onion soup, but we have been using them a lot more than I thought for many other dishes that I serve. Very classic and useful!I read the complaints about the hole under the handle etc., but has not been a problem for us. Easy to clean and stores comfortably.

Just received my bowls. Used them for homemade onion soup. They were perfect. They came packed very well so as not to break. They are sturdy and a good size, and hold a good amount of soup. There are 2 holes presumably to allow the handles to cool faster after putting in the oven. I have no issue with water being stuck in the handle as other reviews have stated.

The bowls looked very presentable and glaze held through 2 dishwasher sessions. The best feature, of course, is the long easy to hold handles. Holding each cup with a potholder was relatively easy, though we anticipated slipping and held onto them at a good angle and with a sturdy grip. The tiny hole under the handle was not a problem, as no water remained in the handle after a normal dishwasher drying cycle.TLDR: good quality soup bowls, we recommend

They are very sharp looking. Made French onion soup and the presentation was very elegant. Just lovely.

The items are exactly what it is described in the site.The colours are vibrant and very dainty. I have not used it yet as it just arrived but I'm so excited to show it off ;-). Loved it!
