We looked all over Houston and San Antonio for these peppers without success. I was very excited to find them here and even happier upon receipt. Every one of the peppers was full and healthy -looking. They are mild but full of flavor. Going to try to grow some of the seeds but will ordering these again

I was disappointed with the cascabel chilies, only one in the bag was pliable, the rest were dried out and brittle, crumbling when I tried to de-stem them. Package indicated best by Dec 1, 2026 - a year and a half away.

When I received this product, the package had obviously been mishandled. Fortunately, I was going to crumble these anyway so they were still usable. However, the chilies were not very flavorful. They seemed old. I will not purchase these again.

I ran across a cascabel salsa recipe and decided to give it a try. These peppers are hard to find and there's nothing like them. They add a bright tone to a spicy red salsa.
