What is Country of origin?

I don't have the paper that originally wrapped around the twine, but look closely at the Amazon product description photo. It clearly says "made in China" on the gold wrapper. That said, I'm happy with the quality of this twine.

What is the length of the spool? I need to replace a spool on an existing holder that has a "top" & "bottom" -- so length of the spool does matter.

The spool is just a hair over four inches.
