Hi, are these gray, as the picture indicates or black? Also, can I use sizzors to cut these or is it too thick? Thank you so much for any help!

They are dark brown, but not dark enough to appear black, as some of the thinner flexible magnets. Even though they are thicker and thereby have a stronger magnetic hold, they still are flexible and can be cut with scissors or a razor blade knife.

Well yes, if it’s a really lightweight person.

Do you know what the maximum weight that a single magnet can hold is? (I'm looking for something to keep an ~1.25 lb dry-erase board on my fridge.)

You would be better off using a few small neodymium (rare earth) magnets. They are super strong and would work very, very well for this purpose. Hot melt glue would hold them to the dry erase board.

Can you cut the sheets using a big shot? i have a bunny die I would like to make into a magnet. I would cut the sheet to match the die.

i have not tried cutting it with my Vintaj -- but based on how thick these sheets are, i really don't think it can be cut. A thinner magnetic perhaps will work
