Quick yeast.
Works in a bread maker, one can use less yeast than recipes suggest so it lasts. I have used 250 g in about eight months. The other 250 g will come out of the freezer soon. The first batch has been kept in an airtight container in the fridge and has remained potent.

Perfect for baking bread
This is the best yeast iv'e found for bread making. Makes perfect bread and after being stored in the fridge for months it still gives the same rise in the same time as when i first opened it.

Gold standard.
excellent instant yeast. I decant mine into small vacuum sealed bags of around 100g each and keep them in the freezer to keep the yeast fresh for longer.

Excellent product - Use it two or three times a week.
I have regularly ordered this particular yeast since it was recommended by a friend. For me it is my 'go to' product for all yeast based baking. Bread, buns, crumpets.. I trust the product. Must gave used a dozen packets over the last few years. It arrives a a totally solid vacuum-packed brick, which is as it should be,. Disconcerting if you've never had vacuum packed goods before. ;-)Open and store in a suitable container with a screw lid and it will be powdery and fine. I keep mine in the fridge.
