The product should include a screwdriver. I cant open the iphone without it. Now I have to buy and ship a whole set. I have to research and find what glue it needs too

Please, please, please, don't make the mistake I did.The back of these phones are literally impossible to remove despite the many YouTube videos saying otherwise. My son dropped his phone and smashed the rear glass. I ordered this replacement and followed the guidelines with the glass and online videos. End result?? Knackered iphone and me out of pocket even more by having to replace the phone as the so called instructions led to a blown battery. It would have cost more to repair the phone than it did to replace it.

I like this product because I was able to use the equipment without getting hurt and I was impressed with the fit
