Good quality part. Fits well and was simple to install. There are YouTube videos that show you how if you are unsure. Sturdier than the original part.

Worked perfectly. Such an easy part to replace. There were no directions in the box, but didnโt end up needing them after studying the old existing parts before disassembly.

W10350374 Had to reuse some old parts
Had to reuse old wheels (left in first photo), new ones slipped out of track. Luckily they unscrewed easily enough. Also had to reuse old end caps (left in second photo). The kit replaces the main bracket that had the broken axles so overall I had enough parts to fix our washer even though I had to reuse a few parts.

Fits perfect
I'd give it a 4.5 just for the simple fact no instructions and because our dishwasher top shelf had so many missing parts, I had to dig down deep into my 'tisim and figure out what part went where. But other than that, parts fit and work great. Satisfied my 'tisim with these puzzle pieces.

Perfect replacement product for your poorly designed Kitchenaid dishwasher parts!
Excellent quality replacement, I'm surprised I found this on Amazon of all places really. The Kitchenaid dishwashers using these kinds of parts are obviously very poorly designed, to the point that it's probably why you're hear reading this review, because you are needing to replace these parts in your dishwasher because they broke from typical and normal use. What a joke of a poorly designed product, but I'm glad the expense here to replace these parts is very reasonable! Easy to do yourself, just pay attention to what parts you're swapping and how they are originally installed so that you can do a straight 1:1 swap. Probably took me about 5-10 minutes to swap!

No more broken wheels
I recently replaced the worn-out upper rack adjusters in my Whirlpool dishwasher with this kit, and it's been great. The polymer material feels much more durable than the original parts, and the included wheels roll smoothly without any wobbling. Installation took about 20 minutes as a complete layperson without any knowledge of theseโno hassle at all. Great value and compatibility; highly recommend for anyone dealing with broken wheels, sagging or falling top rack.
