Gut and Physiology Syndrome: Natural Treatment for Allergies, Autoimmune Illness, Arthritis, Gut Problems, Fatigue, Hormonal Problems, Neurological Disease and More Review: Quality + Amazing book! - A quality made book that will last a long time. It is so informative and I recommend it to anyone who is looking deeper into their health. You will learn so much! Review: The best book about gut health you can ever read. - This book is an absolute gold mine in overall health. No doubt that Dr. Natasha Campbell is an absolute top top expert in her field of medicine. This book takes you on a journey of our microbiome, toxicities, many of all modern day ailments and diseases, and how to heal from this. The author even goes as far to explain that healing is a spiritual journey and she goes so deep as to touch the readers heart with how well written and expressive she is about this. This book was so good that it even made me cry when she gets into spirituality and battling a chronic illness. I've read this book front to back twice and I still skim through it and learn more and more each time I open it again. This book is the GUT BIBLE. An absolute treasure when it comes to natural healing.

A Life Saver
I've taken over 100 pages of notes. This is so valuable and the first book I would recommend to help heal your gut. It's done wonders for me. Thank you for taking the time to research and put all this valuable knowledge into a book easy to understand and apply. You're a great teacher.

Want to build your God-given immune system?
This book can bring you up to date about your natural immune system, and then you’ll be way ahead of most doctors, who are done with school. The medical field has chopped up the human body into unrelated parts, and guess what, our body parts and functions are actually connected. If you need more help than you’ve gotten, read this book and empower yourself. BTW, this update from the author’s original work is a whole new level of insight. Even if you have her prior books, this is a must read.

Recommend this book but do some of your own research
Only four stars because her ideas are a little unorthodox. Just need a little time and research to confirm data A highly informed book with lots of info and good ideas

What a GIFT!
It's been years since I read the original GAPS book. Starting from nowhere, it was very helpful. This new book is a goldmine; it explains much more deeply and is accessibly written. Lot's of folks like "hacks" now days. (In my software development years, a hack was a "temporary fix" bound to give way sooner or later. Programmers used them when they didn't want to be bothered to do the job "right, or the boss didn't want to invest in addressing the underlying problems. Relating to health, I've heard people speak of hacks w reverence. Hacks don't create health. Health doesn't come from smoke and mirrors. I wouldn't recommend this book if you're looking for hacks. What the book offers is a serious approach to resolving the underlying issues pretty much everyone living in a modern culture has. She writes accessibly and without nonsense about how to overcome just about anything. (The anything's are all related.) She explains what goes awry in our physiology and how to address healing.

Very informative
Just started reading this book along with the recipes book. Very informative. Step by step. I think i can start on recipes now. They recommend first reading this book to understand how our gut health is linked with our body health. But it wont hurt to start on recipes and do both books simultaneously
