...you have to be ok swallowing a horse pill! I don't mind, but I've only been taking for a short while, so no review on benefits (if I even recognized if/when they did show up!). Just came on to tell you to be aware. Because its a gel capsule, it doesn't really get stuck - just take a really big swig of water to help it down. I also haven't experienced any aftertaste or fishy burps.

My daughter hasn't been taking this product long enough to see results, but I have to give it 5 stars simply because she doesn't mind taking it! Mind you, the pills are large, but they obviously have no weird taste or side effects, because my incredibly-picky teen takes them every night! Grateful to have found a way for her to get her vitamins without complaints. This brand came highly recommended by her dermatologist, so we are happy to have found it on Amazon.
