I loved reading this book, it is filled with American Indian wisdom and folklore. The Raven is a member of the crow family and as the author Catharine Feher-Elston said, everyone has their own crow story. A beautifully written and illustrated book.

Thought this book would be more detailed than format of storytelling facts.Did not care for how book was compiled.

I used this book to gain another piece of knowledge in my personal bank of studies. I feed and watch the crows that visit my back yard and want to know as much as I can.

This is a very interesting collection of stories. I was thinking the book would be more scientific/research based - love all the collection of stories..

I've been working with the mythology of raven in the northwest and this is a wonderful book. Besides that, several persons who I have met are mentioned in the book as references which helped me to validate the information presented. I really liked this book.

Not a book to read if you are seeking more science than legend.

This is really a good book! It brings a corvid right into your life by the way it is written. I have interacted with the same three crows for several years and I could truly appreciate how close you are brought to such an elusive and dignified creature.

I loved to read this book, It has interesting historical references and I never thought that crow and raven were such an amazing birds.

Love this book. Easy to assimilate. I learnt so much about these amazing creatures and am thirsting for more.

This book is a must for everyone who, like the author, is fascinated by crows and ravens and love them for what they really are: intelligent, playful and social animals with an undeservedly bad reputation.
