Minus 8 Vinegar - 200ml (6.76 oz) Glass Bottle

I'd never heard about this before reading a recipe which called for ice vinegar and ordering. OMG, this stuff is amazing! Better than a fine balsamic; have read since how this is a favorite of top chefs. I can see why. I've even sipped it neat--intensely good as a digestif, and great mixed with club soda as a cooling shrub for hotter weather. But save most for cooking and finishing dishes!

Pricey but a little goes a long way, my favorite vinegar for sure, I received a bottle as a gift and I loved it so much I bought more and will buy it again. If you love vinegars treat yourself you won’t regret it.

A friend had recommended this. I guess I was expecting something similar to high end balsamic vinegar. Thick & rich in flavor, like raisins.This product is still quite vinegary, & thin/ watery. There is a unique flavor to it, but this in not something thick that you can drizzle over roasted vegetables, etc. I feel it it way overpriced.

This vinegar has deep flavor, excellent for salads, drizzled over meats and vegetables, brush it over grilled fish, it’s amazing. I use it to bring out the flavor in dishes, just sprinkle it over a salad (with a little olive oil S&P) Great product.

Absolutely my favorite finishing vinegar. Low acid and sweet. Enjoy!
