Relatively easy to work with. Tastes good. Have not tried melting it for Carmel apples. Wrapped pretzel rods and dipped in chocolate. Very good.

This is by far the best caramel I’ve used, it superior quality. Only thing is it’s pricey. But it melts nicely doesn’t burn quick and it tastes great. It has a shiny smooth texture and chewy buttery taste. I purchased a similar block of caramel for a couple dollars cheaper and I highly regret it. Will purchase this one always.

This caramel is legit! I use it to make chocolate caramel covered pretzels for Christmas gifts for my neighbors. I nuke it in the microwave for a minute at a time. I’ve tried the oven and stove and it didn’t work as well for me. The caramel ended up getting hard.

This is always the same creamy, soft caramel. Even one which got shoved into the rear of my pantry and forgotten for nearly a year was still good.

It was creamy alright. Too creamy! I’ve been making caramel apples for at least 10 years! I’ve never had a problem till now. Most of the caramel slid off the apples. It tasted good, but maybe it would be better for other projects. I’m sticking with the other brand for my apples.

used this to make caramel chocolate covered apples. Melted in the crock pot and it was so much easier, no mess, no burning. Apples came out fabulous!
