This product are very good .

Initially for beginning its suction power works well but after some time its not that much effective as new. The sticking power decreases for the time being. But initially very good results.

I have a tile Flooring smooth as usual, and the suction cup of it no matter how hard i push it to lock up airtight it pulls of easily in any exercise you try so not so satisfied

Short life no stability

This is a good product.suction is good for 2 or 3 months.then its comes out.its only for the crunches.

Not very suitable for lifts.must have stopper also at other end
