Beyond expectations
I ordered this at a discount since the box was damaged. the guitar inside was in perfect condition. I could not find a scratch on it or anything wrong with it. The box is very heavy and kept the guitar safe despite the external damage. The guitar itself only required some tension on the truss rod to achieve a perfect low action. The guitar has a nice rich sound low E thru high E and is very clear and articulate. The tuners are very good and it stays in tune. Fit and finish is excellent in my opinion. In conclusion. the quality of the materials, the excellent fit and finish, the attention to detail, the Martin inspired design. All of this makes this guitar an outstanding value. A great choice for your first guitar or as addition to your collection.

Prefer the sound over my Martin D10e
So I ordered this guitar and when I got it, there was a bit of fret buzz just playing cowboy chords. Adjusted the truss rod a bit and no more buzz. I then closely inspected every inch of the guitar and found a small crack than ran along the high E, on the 2nd-5th frets on the fretboard. So I return it.I ordered it again and when it arrived, perfect condition, nice low action, “vintage tint” might be a little too yellow for me, the inside is so clean with no glue squeeze out, no buzz, no cracks or scratches. As I was tuning it, the high E string snaps. Not even a little deal as I was planning to change the strings anyway. I did upgrade the tuners to some Guyker ones and tuned up the new strings (Martin Marquis Silk, 12-54). It’s close, but I think I prefer the sound over my Martin D10.Not sure it matters, but I noticed that the top and back are pretty flat compared to the usual radius that most acoustic guitars have, but don’t see it as a negative. Just an observation.

Sigma 000 guitar
Arrived good condition, packaged well, not tuned. Tuned well...to my ears the first pass was thin sounding but good sustain. Changed to Martin Medium silked strings and it was magic. Great buy on this guitar for the price point. I needed a 000 for a bit more volume and this fit the bill perfectly without having to amp. It needed a little dressing of the fret ends were sharp but not a real issue. Also, the back of the neck needed a smooth brillo pad sanding to take a little roughness off in a small spot but again, minor. When all done , it has an equal amount of tone & sustain to my performance guitars @ 5 x the price of this one. If this one gets smashed or stolen...I would immediately replace it with a new one. Up Date : I have played this guitar now long enough to say it rates in playability and tone to my guitars costing 30x as much. My application is primarily playing assisted living /rest homes where softer tone is best....when I travel this is the guitar I use. If it gets broken or other wise damaged, I will just buy a new one. It plays best with Medium strings in my experience. I use silked medium strings. Best buy on the net that that I have found for the price point. If its an entry level Martin ...it sounds exactly like my 000 Eric Clapton.

Decent guitar but perhaps not the best at this price point.
After seeing and playing the respectable Sigma 3/4 Junior and 000 guitars I had to go ahead and try the solid mahogany top dreadnought. However, unlike the others I was a little disappointed. The fit and finish was subpar and I feel the gloss choked out any real mahogany tone from the top, leaving the tone somewhat hollow with no low end. It came very playable right out of the box and feels good in hand. If someone were to fall in love with one I would expect them to have a guitar that plays well and lasts a long time. However, at this price point Yamaha is going to handily beat out Sigma in the dreadnought category regarding build quality and tone 100%.

Good deal with minimal tradeoffs
A very nice guitar. I had been looking for a 000 acoustic that was affordable and had a solid spruce top. This one ticks both of those boxes. I had read reviews on youtube and all of them were favorable. This guitar will need some setup, but was very playable out of the box.The action will need to come down some for my preferences, but I'll do that when I change out the plastic saddle and nut with bone. That was probably my worst gripe: plastic nut, saddle and pins, but it's fairly straight forward for me to change those during setup. I will also change the string gauge down to a lighter set and add my soundhole pickup. All in all, it's a good bargain for the price for a solid top guitar.

Amazing Guitar
The media could not be loaded. I am a beginner guitar player and I love both the look and feel of this SIGMA guitar. I received this guitar just few days ago. It is well packed, and the shipping is fast, thanks Amazon! As I am new to the guitar world, I asked my friend, who has been played guitars for more than 10 years, for advice and teaching. He mentioned SIGMA is a brand with history and the quality should be good and reliable. We tried the guitar together today, and he said it was beyond his expectation. The name-brand Grover tuners is big plus to him. To his understanding, the low-price guitar always comes with cheap plastic tuners that cannot hold tunes stably. Grover tuners do their job perfectly. Also, D'addario string is a fairly good one with fine quality. He played the guitar to test the sound. I think it is decent but not sure if it good or not, but he said, it is a much more refined sound than that of most of the cheap guitars. He shot a short strumming clip. That sounds beautiful for me indeed. Just one hope that if it comes with a bag, that would be great. That said, it is acceptable and understandable it is without accessories in the price though. Bottom line, if you are looking for a great name guitar at an affordable price, I highly recommend this guitar. It is definitely worthy of the purchase! Made by solid wood materials, along with these high-class tuners and strings, my friend said this guitar should be more than 300 bucks😁 Overall I am pleased to have this guitar and hope to play like a pro ASAP! 😉
