The Mickey arrived beautiful but his neck was broken.

The 14 inch figure arrived very timely from Amazon. I opened the box and was immediately aware that the white glove hand that is pictured as being coated with glitter was just a shiny surface. The magic I expected would have been made by the glittering glove. Then I noticed the hat. The silver glitter in the moon and stars was only half there and very poorly applied even going outside the lines. Just smeared half on. These things I stewed over. Send it back or fix it. I could not believe I was having this debate over a Britto figurine. All the others I have are perfect. This was like the decorator was finishing it hat and coat in hand while going out the door. Well I chose to fix it myself. Silver glitter-glue on the moon and stars was a perfect match. I cleaned up the sloppy over the line areas by gently scraping. For the hand I purchased a can of spray adhesive from hobby lobby and the appropriate white glitter, masked off the entire body from the glove , sprayed the hand with adhesive and generously sprinkled the hand with glitter. The figurine is now perfect and generates the magic it was given by Disney. I’m sure if Britto saw the figurine as supplied he would have flipped. I’m also sure this was the exception to normally great quality.

I am a collector. The original box cannot be sent as the only packaging. It arrives damaged and decreases the value of the figure. It has happened to me before, with four shipments. The original box must be packed
