I think this will be a lot easier to use that the fire extinguisher but just in case, we now have both

Looks like it might work. Have not used it yet and I hope I never have to. Have one in the kitchen and one in the back patio by the BBQ grill.

These are one meter square fire resistant blankets. If there is a small fire, you pull it out of the bag unfold it, and throw on the small fire. I have see it put out a barbecue cooking fire. Those are usually about 400-500 degrees F.I tested the blankets with a lighter. They would not burn. (IDEAL!) So, I gave one to each of my neighbors and a few friends. I bought some more and gave them to the local museum.

Very handy to have. I keep in cabinet next to range and oven. Once I had a pot flame over and used baking soda to put out flames. Worked great but mess to clean up. Thus should be even better. But again don’t want to ever have to use.

I hope I never have to use these fire blankets but it gives me comfort to know I have them if I need them.. I am keeping one in my home and the other in the car.

We are very pleased with the size and thickness of this product. We bought them to wrap our e-bike batteries in as we have heard of recent battery fires. We feel safer with them wrapped. We got the 2 pack, and have the other one in the kitchen in case of fire.I highly recommend this product.

I hope I never need to use this but I am glad I purchased it. I placed one in our camper and one in the house. I also purchased another set to give away. I don't know if this works but I have read a lot about them and figured I would have them on hand for emergencies.

These are a great gift to give anyone who cooks indoor or even outside for the bbq. Small enough to fit in kitchen drawer, handy in case of emergency. Priced well too. Hope we never have to use them but would be easier than a fire extinguisher

Very happy with this product. One for our home and another for our rental suite. Being a long time firefighter, I realize the value added here! Fire prevention is critical however not always possible. This product, is one step closer to ongoing safety and prevention.

It is good material and heavy enough. It is also big enough for home use.

It's hard to rate something you hope to never use! This is a one-time use only blanket but affordable as gifts to family members.
