We eat rice cakes because neither my husband and I can eat wheat (both Irish, and 20% of all those of Celtic or Nordic peoples have celiac disease).But I never liked the huge thickness. These are thin and they have non-grains in them that give them more flavor and more nutrition than simply rice.We both love them and eat them with all sorts of toppings: lemon beet hummus (yum!), taramasolata (so delicious!), and just peanut butter with honey or raspberry jam.Highly recommended!

Back in the 60s, when health food stores were looked upon, well you know. And I know too, because I used to own one in upstate New York. So there was this company back then, I think Lima was their name, and they made the best short-grain organic rice and along with it the best tastin' organic rice cakes. Through the years I had a hard time keepin' up with organic foods. A bunch of years ago I decided to get back into it. Problem; no more Lima rice products in the US of A. Did a Google and came up with Lundberg organic rice products. Comes out, their short-grain organic rice and rice crackers are the best. Really like these smaller, thinner, crunchier version of those big round ones; although they are good too. But these are easier and less messy to eat, less crumbs and stuff. In the box, they are, I think 4 individually wrapped small packages, just the right amount for one sitting. They don't get soggy and go with an infinite amount of foods as a topping. They taste great, but not overwhelming. Can even eat them alone, just as they are. They different varieties too. I know it's a long story about a small rice cake; but you will find it worth it though. Go Lundberg! Go organic!

Have been buying this a lot because very limited choices for gluten free snacks with no salt, no sugar added. However, wish they using white rice. Rice are known for Contamination of As, which highly concentrated in the shell including the out layer of brown rice.Therefore, white rice is a much safer choices although lose some B vitamins, but B vitamins are easy to get from other foods.Hope someone of Lundberg family will read this and starting making white rice cakes. The one star rating is hoping to get their attention.

The 5-grain has a superior flavor to the brown rice, although the 5-grain is a little crumblier. We don't mind; it's just the edges and we sprinkle the crumbled pieces on top.One of us likes these with cheese, the whole thing melted in the microwave then topped with a slice of ripe tomato.The other of us likes these with nut butter smeared on then sprinkled with salt and enjoyed alongside a cuppa black coffee.Deeelicious.

I love these because they're thin--less rice--but firm enough that you can smear them with anything from cream cheese to peanut butter!

I like these a lot and eat them every day. I have always bought them in the store and this is the first I have ordered them on Amazon. These may be stale-not sure but they fall apart in a way the ones I have had previously did not.

I love the size of these crackers vs the larger round rice cakes. I melt cheese on them in my toaster oven or spread guacamole on them for a meal, and spreading honey on them creates a dessert. These serve as a bread substitute as I must avoid most other grains. They do taste better lightly toasted (in a toaster oven).
