I don't like the sudocrem in the tub as it's too thick and is hard to wash it off, which can make the skin even sorer. When I came across this sudocrem, which is for babies, inflamed, and broken skin, I decided to try it. It's a lovely thin crean which makes it easy to leave a thin layer on the skin. It was applied under my breasts in the morning and gently washed off for several days. Although it did heal my broken skin, I still have a red rash. If I wasn't sweating for several hours a day, I believe this cream would have healed the skin, but as I still am, it isn't getting a chance to heal. My sister had been using the tubs of sudocrem on her 5 month old baby girl, but she also found it too thick, and it wasn't clearing her nappy rash. She's been using this sudocrem on her baby for several weeks, and it's completely cleared up the rash and kept it away. In my opinion, this Sudocrem is much better than the thick sudocrem in the tub for babies.
