Excellent accessory for microscopy! I am very satisfied with the quality and the results obtained. The magnification is impressive, and the details captured are incredibly sharp. Easy to use and compatible with several smartphones. I highly recommend it for the curious!

The process of attaching the microscope to the phone and aligning with my iPhone 13 Pro Max camera was a bit fiddly but once achieved took very clear images. The magnification is good although it is important to know that 200x does not imply that this is the actual achievable maximum level of magnification.The product comes with an instruction booklet with information on what should be changed in the phone camera settings of iPhone 13/14 to work best with the APEXEL. I must admit I did not immediately understand the instructions but the excellent customer service at APEXEL contacted me and took me through the process simply and clearly.

Pretty good gadget for what it is! Its perfect for my mineral and crystal collecting hobby. Also perfect for looking at silver and gold jewellery markings and stamps.

Not very impressed

This is the 4th macro lens I've ordered for my son, unfortunately the last 3 had to be returned as they fell far short of their promised function. Thank goodness my search is over, this works a treat and is going to make his project so much easier. I'm going to order one for myself. It's probably a good idea to purchase a tripod to go with it as all macro shots can be difficult to capture without blur, unless you have an incredibly steady hand.Additional info:I just received the one I ordered for myself and think it's great, I can get decent magnification without using a tripod but if I was working on an artistic project I'd probably need one as my hand gets shaky after a few minutes. This actually does what it says on the tin, and comes with a cute little lens cloth. The slider lens cover doubles up as the light switch. Lovely, compact design and sturdy clip.The only criticism if any, is that it would be nice if it came with a little pouch to keep it in but that's neither here nor there in regard to the functionality and design. 10 out of 10.

Arrived fully charged, but light did not switch on, disappointing, returned

It works OK but the magnification is only about the same as a x30 hand lens, so it's a bit disappointing.

This is an amazing high quality 100x magnification microscope lens. I have used it with my iPhone to take nature photos of the underside of tiny fungi and dead leaves. The built in LED light ensures that there is always perfect lighting conditions at all times. There was no problem setting it up and it has given me a whole new aspect to my photography. Very quick delivery and an excellent price. Highly recommended for anyone interested in micro photography.
