Great for sensitive skin or to make your own lotions using this as a base. I like to add in a bit of ointment for sores or mix in aloe. Essential oils can be added if you like a fragrant. It isn’t oily and absorbs into the skin very well. I use it on my face at night and it makes my skin feel refreshed especially on these dry winter nights. Great value. I will continue buying it every time I run low

If you have dry skin, this is what you need. If you have dry cracked feet, you need the heel care. Give feet a good soak and scrub the first time to jump start progress, & after two treatments of the heel care, my feet were back to normal. I think the body lotion would work too only takes longer.

Noticeable different in rough itchy winter skin. Soft, supple and healing now.

I have very very dry skin, and will start to flake all over my body just a few days after showering, no matter what lotion I use, even applying daily. It's been a huge problem and source of embarrassment for my entire adult life. After trying a dozen lotions, all kinds of oils and creams, even prescription level stuff, I finally found this stuff and it's the only thing that's ever worked for me! It's like a new layer of skin on top of mine. I apply it all over after showering and have normal looking skin for up to a week after. No flaking, no dryness, just normal skin. It is a bit greasy after I first apply, but that's to be expected and it's not excessive at all. I do then scrub it off in the shower before reapplying, but that might be something that's unique to my skin that's using this as basically a full barrier layer. Truly a miracle product for me, and thankfully not too expensive either. One bottle last me at least a month. Highly highly recommend.

I would have left a 5 star review except for the fact that when I received my second bottle the lid was not screwed on and the lotion had leaked all of the bag it was it was in. Therefore I did not receive a full bottle.

Had looked at many products with urea. It is the one ingredient I have to have in y lotion. But not all lotions have other properties and do not help me at all. This combination has it!! I use if for ichthyosis. It is amazing. The other one I had used for 20 years, and the makers changed it. So this is perfect..

I’ve been using Dermal Therapy for about 4 months, and on my second bottle. My 75 year old skin loves this body lotion. I have very dry itchy skin, especially on my shins, as well as eczema flare ups. This lotion has been so helpful to sooth and smooth my skin, the scaly redness has cleared up. I haven’t used my prescription hydrocortisone cream for months. There is no noticeable scent, the consistency is creamy yet light, easy to apply and absorbs quickly. I also use the 25% urea lotion on my feet, and it’s been effective in softening my calluses.

Seems to moisturize skin better than most lotions I’ve tried. Definitely works for very dry or irritated skin like elbows. Better than cetaphil and cerave

It actually moisturizes and doesn’t sit on top of the skin as most body creams do. This product unfortunately gave me a weird reaction where it made me itchy and once it touches my skin it has a bit of a urine smell, my pH must not be compatible with this cream, unfortunately.
