The included catnip may be a little stale, as the toy was initially ignored. I added some fresh catnip and even put a tiny bit on the outside of the fish to entice the cats to play with it. I eventually enticed one to play with it, but only when I was playing with it with her, teasing her with it and so forth. The other two have occasionally snuggled with it, but run away frightened when they set it off.needed an interactive toy for my 2 active cats. Something they can play by them self without looking at me to play laser with them. I know my cats are spoilt brats.Order was delivered promptly and came well packaged.It came exactly as described, had a fragrant catnip package included, was easy to get assembled and charged quickly!As soon as I set it down on the floor, my cats were on it. It doesn't go right off- the motion activated sensor is programmed just right so your cat will need to nibble or swat a couple times first before the fish toy will start flopping around.It looks realistic how it flops and it majes a sound similar to a mouse squeak as it flops.One of my cats jumps in the air each time the fish toy starts flopping, even though we've been playing with it for a week, it always takes him by surprise. It is hilarious!!! Definitely a must-have cat toy!It comes with a USB cord to put in your plug to charge.Just turn the toggle switch to OFF when done playing to keep it ready for play later on.I have also put some catnip inside the Velcro area.

It charges by usb and comes with a remote to turn the motor on and off which wiggles the body and tail.The fish itself is very realistic looking and soft and plush- perfect for animal play, biting and scratching.Inside the pouch of the fish there is also a packet of catnip that will make your cat go crazy over this fish whether he is a fan of the movement or not. Ours really loves laying with the fish and licking and rubbing on it with the smell of the catnip.Actually my kids play with it almost as much as the cat does! Haha

Unfortunately my three kitties found this cat toy too noisy and either avoided it at all costs or watched from a great distance. I wouldn't call it a complete waste of money if you remove the motor and fill the fish with catnip. At least with this change, two of my kitties find the toy more to their liking. One of them still doesn't trust the little bugger and won't go near it.

I have two very active bengal cats and new toys are very important to keep them occupied and this toy did that and more. The toy fish is realistic and starts flopping when tapped and even better, it can be started and stopped with the remote control. This creates the element of surprise since you can activate the fish when the cat is just walking by to capture their attention. Great cat toy, especially with the remote control - better than the more expensive plain toy advertised on TV!

First I must say this seller is great! The fish usb connection broke off in a couple months and after asking if there is any kind of warranty on this fish, he sent a new one!The fish is loud on bare flooring, but it is worth it because my cat loves this thing. The remote is great because you can just click it on and off quickly just to give it some movement to capture attention. She plays and sleeps with it all the time. Cat nip also attracts her to it. Great cat toy.

I purchased this product since my cat was kind of bored at home, this product really bought him lots of excitement and joy. Having a remote is very convinent for me to play with my cat. And the timer within the toy is very useful as well. I am so glad I have purchased this toy for my cat.

It works and I thought it would be really interesting to my cats!The r/c buttons work to either do a little 1 second tail flap or a continuous flopping, but my cats just kind of look at it funny and then walk by. They haven't really attacked it like I thought they would. It's cute to see them near it, and maybe they'll grow to engage with it more, I've got it on the living room floor right now, but no customers at the seafood restaurant today!
