Add a 1/2 size to tight necked shirts.
They serve there purpose well. I can put on myself no spouse needed. Makes tight necked shirts convertible again. Just be careful not to lose in wash.

Cut my throat
When trying to affix the extender for use, it suddenly snapped open exposing that slightly sharp bit there in the photo and slashed my throat with a minor scratch that did draw blood.. I would stay away from this product.

An imperfect solution to an embarrassing situation
The ZEFFFKA Metal Collar Neck/Sleeve Extenders Wonder Button is not a new idea. It can come in handy for that troublesome situation when a collar and tie is required and the shirt you left out for the occasion turns out to be too tight at the collar. The Wonder Button is an instant solution, but it is not a perfect one. Because it widens the collar by creating a gap at the neck, the tie that you wear (the whole reason you need to fasten your collar in the first place) does not look quite right since the space where the knot sits is too big (not an issue if you're wearing a kipper tie with a large knot, but if that's what you're wearing, you've just created a whole new situation!). However, an imperfect collar/tie look is way better than the affront of not wearing a tie or persevering with a collar that's too tight and spending the occasion with a permanent half-strangled look.Unless you're extremely careless and keep losing things (if that's you, good luck finding the tie you're looking for), I can't see why you would want a pack of six Wonder Buttons. They are not an expensive item, but they are expensive for what they are.

A great idea that works.
I happen to be one of those men that have a rather wide neck. I need to wear a collar of at least 18” in size. However, if I buy a shirt with that size neck size, I end up with a shirt that’s the size of a small tent! I rarely wear a tie but there are occasions where one is needed.Sometimes, a problem can be solved so simply that you wonder why you didn’t know about it sooner. This is such a case for me with these simple collar extenders. They’re simply a metal button with an elasticated loop coming out of it. The button simply goes in the buttonhole of the shirt and the loop wrap around the button of the shirt. Hey presto, your collar size has been extended. If one isn’t enough to be comfortable then simply link another one and things will be better. I found I needed two for a 16” collar shirt to fit me. It’s still possible to apply a tie even when using two. You may need to make a bigger knot. So now I can wear a tie without turning blue or wearing a small tent!Overall, a great idea that works. Hope that helps.
