Great inversion table. Works very well.
I purchased the Teeter FitSpine X3 table on November 8, 2021. It arrived on November 15, two days ahead of schedule. The shipping box was in good condition and table itself had no missing parts and no damage. It was easy to assemble and I used it for the first time that day. I've had it now for just over 7 weeks and I am very pleased with my purchase and the results I am having. I had contact with customer support at Teeter during the first week of ownership and found them to be exceptionally responsive and helpful. Thank you very much, Sadie, for your help! The FitSpine X3 is well built and feels secure and sturdy during use. I checked with my chiropractor before making a decision to purchase an inversion table. Based on feedback he had received from several of his patients, he recommended getting a Teeter. He commented on the quality of their product and suggested, "They are worth the cost." I can say now with confidence that I totally agree with him. During the process of making a decision I read reviews and product information and watched several of the videos produced by Teeter. I came across the recommendations from Teeter to: 1) start slow, ie for a short period and moderate degree of inversion; and 2) that 2-3 shorter periods of inversion tend to be more effective than one long session. I have followed both suggestions and have had positive results. My low back pain isn't gone, but it is greatly relieved. I try to do 3 sessions per day for 4 minutes and find relief each time. I am sleeping better and also have greater flexibility. I combine use of the Teeter with other stretches and some mild yoga and this has been a good and effective approach for me.

Excellent product.
I have been looking at inversion tables for so long and finally after some medical issues I am having decided to order one. After hours of research I decided this particular model was why I wanted and I am glad I purchased it. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Supports my weight. The acupressure balls were a bit of a surprise, because they hit the spots needed and help release the stress and loosen up the knots in my back. The the anchor holsters are awesome and the release lever is a miracle. Due to my medical issues bending over is a chore and the release helps so I am not having to bend all the way over. Thereโs a strap underneath that you can attach or not, depends on how far back you are comfortable with the incline. I donโt use it but my cat loves playing with it. There are 2 types of storage positions the first is easiest but takes up a bit more room and the second takes up little room bit getting it into the position is kind of a pain. Over all I am happy with this model. If you plan on using this for years to come then take the time and monies to buy the inversion table you want. It is helping relieve some of the pain and issues I am having and lasts for several hours. Luckily I am working from home so I can do this several times a day.

If you have leg pain related to back disk problems, get this table!
UPDATE: Iโve now used this inversion table for over 30 days and am completely pain free and back to walking 3 miles a day. Iโve used this for about 3 weeks now, I wanted to wait a month before I did my review but there is no need to wait, I already know how well it works. Iโve had disk problems for a few years, when I first started having issues I ignored it until I had no choice but emergency surgery. When my symptoms started again I knew I could not ignore it this time so I ordered the Teeter X3 model. It was shipped very quickly and because Iโm not far from where they ship from, it only took a couple of days. The table arrived and because itโs heavy, the box was showing signs of stress. However, it was very well packaged and strapped so there was absolutely no damage to to table. The CD they include for assembly instructions did not work and the BILT app they suggest is a waste of time, it doesnโt work any time Iโve tried to use it. The printed instructions were very easy to follow and there really isnโt that much to assemble anyway so I had it completed within 30 minutes without any issues. I started using it 3 times a day at only 10% inversion for about 2 to 3 minutes a session. I then gradually increased to now I do 5 minutes at 45 degree inversion 2 or 3 times a day. I only use this when someone is in the house, I feel itโs a good precaution just in case you need help for any reason. Now my symptoms are about 98% gone, Iโm back to walking every day and Iโm up to over a mile and a half. When I got the Teeter, I couldnโt walk a quarter mile. Inversion decompression works! If you have disk problems like I do, you should try this, it could change your life. I purchased the X3 model and Iโm very glad I made that choice, having the ankle release up higher is definitely the option well worth having. Picture yourself reaching all the way down to your ankles after being inverted for 5 minutes! Plus having the longer bars are very helpful getting back up. When I use it I can feel myself stretching and the smooth table is perfect for that, I donโt think a padded table would work as well for that reason. I had to email Teeter customer service about an issue I had right after it shipped but before I received it and they were absolutely the best to deal with. They handled my issue fast and better than I could have hoped for. Definitely a class act company to deal with.

Replaced a "Knock-Off" With the Real Deal
I had been using a knock-off version for a while. It had the padded table that I thought was good, until I did my research. It helped a lot, but hurt my ankles and was impossibly to balance out...so, use tapered off as it was a bit of a PITA. The Teeter's smooth, flexible plastic table is surprisingly comfortable and flexes BY DESIGN. After a LOT of research, I decided to go with the company that has been doing this longer than anybody else...or, at least to MY knowledge. I remember seeing the infomercials long ago, when I was young and focused on those things that were going to give me those back issues in the future. Now, I'm there and have them. This is a LIFESAVER. I've had back issues for a while, but went to a whole new level last year with my first bout of SCIATICA. OMG, that is enough to remind one that they are getting older and paying for all those extreme sports, etc. My Teeter, a foam roller, heating pad, and ice packs are the combination for relief I found after months of agony. I've learned that I need to maintain a regular usage regimen, or it starts to creep back in on me. The ankle support "cuff style" is WAY better than the roll style on my old one. It balances out perfectly with a bit of experimentation with the height adjustment. Took me a few tries to realize why sometimes it would balance, and others it was more difficult. I quickly figured out the problem was my footwear. It is SO balanced that I have to go a click in or out depending on if I'm wearing my heavy work boots with steel toe or just tennis shoes. The only con- it IS a bit bulky and hard to move around, especially if you not trying to reinjure your back. But, this is due to the fact that it is well made and sturdy. If you have the room to have a dedicated space, that is awesome. This will give no excuse for not using it. if you're tight on space, like me, find a spot to put it where you can just fold it out/up as needed. It's worth it and I've prioritized a space in my small 750 square foot home. I was out mowing and working in the yard today...so, after a shower, I'll be hopping on there before relaxing for the evening ;) (I actually look forward to it, as I KNOW I'll feel better.)

Just Right for a Lower Back and Sciatica Pain Issue
Lightweight, but Durable for a large-framed man to use without fear. It assembled quickly and easily, but depending on the pain level and incapacitation of the person needing it best to have another person on hand to help put together especially when attaching resting piece to the base (heavy and hard to manipulate for a pain sufferer). Like how stable it is, how it adjusts to height and the head rest and lumbar move to comfort spot. There are even pieces to use for acupuncture spots as an option. It is easy for the person using to maneuver on own by the locking handle for the ankles and the handles for gripping as table swings to chosen incline (held in place by a tether at chosen angle). It takes the pressure off and stretches the vertebrae and muscles gently. Works great for the pain relief.

Sturdy, Well Made Unit Performs Well, Appeared to be New (Got the renewed version)
I bought this during one of the very small windows Woot was selling it refurbished for $284.99. I was always hoping to get the best, Teeter, without having to spend $450+ ... it took some time to ship but I just left the order alone and it eventually did. Works great, appears new. My biggest concern with these inversion tables were the sporadic reviews of some other brands of the welds breaking and I didn't want to take that chance on something where you are hanging upside down, I wanted the best. The hard plastic surface makes it easier to slide versus brands where you are laying on a pad where you sink in, but it's quite comfortable, easy to invert when you set the unit to the right adjustment, and it folds and is somewhat easy to disassemble into 2 or 3 pieces if you need to move it. The extra bells and whistles over their lower end models are nice. It clamps in securely and seems like it will last a long time. Plus, it works. It's not a miracle cure... if you still spend hours watching TV on a recliner where your back is on a curved position bulging the discs and don't improve your bad behaviors you will probably still have sciatica pain, but it does an effective job relieving pain. It's far better than behavior modification alone.

Heavy package but easy to assemble. FitSpine X3 is sturdy and fun to use.
Before ordering, please be sure (1) that you are healthy enough to use it and (2) the Teeter unit will fit into the space you plan to use. Itโs not compact! The height might be concerning to some spaces with low ceilings. Assembly As others have written, the packageโs size is awkward and weighs almost 80 lbs. Although I was able to coax it through the door of my house, another pair of hands would have been helpful. If you are experiencing back pain, then you should certainly get help with both moving the box and assembling the unit. Some of the pieces are quite heavy. That being said, the instructions are extremely good. I was impressed with the fact that one side of the box had printing that said, โThis Side Up to Unpack.โ The other side had printing that said, โImportant! This Side Down When Unpacking.โ You can guess which side was up at first. Flipping it over was a lot easier before opening the box. The instruction booklet is attached to the underside of the top of the box and so is easy to get to. The booklet has a QR code that you can scan with your digital device to download an app that has the same instruction booklet but with better (and animated) images. There are also assembly videos on YouTube, but I found the instruction booklet and the device app to be adequate. The parts are strategically cable tied together so that they donโt move around in the box. My only criticism with the packaging is that the cable ties are very thick and took a lot of effort to remove. Small parts (wrench, allen wrenches, allen screws and bolts) are clearly labeled in small bags and placed in a larger bag. Larger metal pieces are wrapped with cardboard to minimize scratching (no scratches on my unit). Kudos to the packaging engineer! Teeter says that the unit is 85% assembled and I believe it. Assembly consists of connecting four main parts (the frame, the roller hinge, the platform and the ankle lock system) together and the job is done. Screws and bolts are kept to a minimum, I think 8 in total. The instructions are very clear and logically ordered. Toward the end of the assembly, the instructions have an illustration showing how the correct assembly should look and two illustrations showing two common mistakes. If your assembly does not look like the correct illustration, you must go back and correct the problem. There is a warning that serious injury or death could result if you proceed further. I didnโt time how long it took for assembly, but it probably took about an hour. From the experience, I probably could assemble another one in half an hour. Fine tuning. I suggest that you attach the supplied tether to the platform to limit the angle of inversion, lengthening it to increase the angle as you gain experience. Itโs important to have someone with you when you use the unit for the first time in case something goes wrong; otherwise, you might be hanging upside down for a long time! However, I had the opposite problem. A properly balanced table should invert by moving one or both arms above the head and right itself by moving them back to the side, but my table didnโt move at all. This was not addressed satisfactorily either in the assembly instructions or the user guide. Fortunately, there is a YouTube video from Teeter named โHow to Balance Your Inversion Table.โ This was very helpful. By changing the position of the roller hinge setting and shortening the main shaft an inch, the table inverted properly. Does it work? First, the inversion table is very robust. The frame is very sturdy and doesnโt move or rock when I invert or right myself. I always feel supported and I never feel like the table will let go of me and dump me on my head during inversion. I have been using the table for about a week now, usually twice per day for about 5 minutes each. The angle, set by the tether, is such that my head is about 60 degrees from vertical. Right now, I donโt have lower back pain and so canโt report on whether the table helps it. Iโll update later if this happens but I hope that using the table regularly will eliminate a recurrence. However, even at a modest 60-degree angle, I can feel my lower back elongating and relaxing. When I leave the table after 5 minutes, my back muscles are much less tense and generally feel better. I am giving the Teeter LX3 5 stars. I will update this review as I gain more experience.

Works well and is very well made.
This works very well. I fractured several vertebrae years ago and have lower back issues. I had another brand for 20 years and needed to update. This is very comfortable and easy to use. Easy to adjust to the proper length in order to get smooth inversion. Stretches the spine and allows fluid to reach between vertebrae joints as well as hip, knee and ankle joints. Without it my back would be in constant pain but using it 3 minutes per day works wonders.

Great for back relief.
We had a very old Teeter Hang-up model but the nylon/canvass backing wore out. This new model feels great and much stronger. I really like the extra handles on the side and the two by the table itself. The best is the locking foot rest at the bottom that has extra padding with a long handle to reach for and release. Upon return to normal upright position, I always found it hard to reach to release the foot lock but with this extra length handle it works way better. I have always trusted Teeter for inversion tables and this new model does not disappoint. Feel great after inverted for 10 minutes a day.

Effective and value for money
Easy to install. Felt the difference from the first use. Do not use more than a minute at a time. You can use multiple times in a day.

Amazing
I've been nurse 20+yrs. Co-workers have raved about this over the yrs. I bought a cheaper one first, it was dangerous & I shot it out. I used to go to chiropractor, costly plus driving there waiting for your appt. This has done wonders, now I know what my co-workers were preaching about. Love it, worth every penny.
