Frontera Sang Pouch Enchilada, 8 oz

Delicious. Full flavor. Right amount of warmth. Perfect in our black bean enchiladas. Occasionally the mild is too hot for my wooziest self. I mix some of the taco sauce by Frontera into my half and then it is perfect. But if you are looking for flavor this sauce cannot be beat.

I recommend that you use a small amount for whatever you’re cooking, unless you’re making smothered burritos. It has an intense flavor so you may want to start with a small amount. Great for marinating meat or shrimp!

This has always been my go-to enchilada sauce; use it a burrito topping as well. Still tastes great but seems the recipe may have changed a bit as color is deeper red and heat is spicier, although these may be the variability of the chiles used. Still recommend it over Hatch and others.

Great flavor. Not too thick. It has the perfect consistency

Look up recipe for shrimp and potato enchiladas and use this sauce instead of taking time to make sauce in recipe that is not any better than Frontera's.

It was okay. There is a 365 brand I like better.

Good just wish the ingredients were a little better.

I liked the taste but felt it had more of a vinegar taste to it somehow. i was looking for more of a tex mex and this is not tex mex tasteing.
