The communication and support from both the seller and Amazon was first class
It was a present for my grandson for Christmas he loved it had a problem with the rear mudguard but couldn’t fault the supplier for there support and in sending a replacement out to me

Thought I had spent well. Clearly not!
Item delivered 12 November 2020, by 06 March 2021 item stopped working. This was given as a Christmas present on Christmas Day. It would not switch on, even, after charging twice and the brake broke. The seller refused to exchange or refund it, based in Luxembourg (Amazon)! Amazon UK are supporting their decision. Not happy and intend to pursue further. Disgraceful and disappointed. 😡😡😡

BROKEN IN 6 DAYS weird led white lines won’t work
The media could not be loaded. BROKEN WITHIN ONE WEEK!!!! Has lines going on the LED display screen and I have googled nothing coming up! AND ON XMAS DAY! Absolutely gutted so not fair to pay out all this money on a present and for it to just break do not buy!!!!

Absolutely disappointed
I had this scooter for 4 months and now it won't charge I wish I added a bit more money and got axiom don't by it mine even came with no screws for the handle bars so hat to order them 300 pounds for 4 months it took me 6 weeks to save
