Does anyone know if these contain rose hips or bioflavonoids??

Most vitamins today are Synthetic unless they are 100% natural or pure organic.. These are mots likely full of synthetic substances.. I suppose it may look like a Vitamin even if it comes from tar but that don't mean its gonna do the same thing that a real vitamin or mineral will do... Organic it the only right choice and you will dig deeper for them

Yes, very. It's a pretty basic pressed Vit C tab. Mostly ascorbic acid with a few basic fillers to bind it into a pressed tab. You can just swallow it (what most people do), suck on it like a sour candy (I happen to like doing this now & again), dissolve it in liquid.
