Great Sunscreen
This sunscreen is a new favorite in our house! It goes on smoothly without feeling greasy or heavy, and best of all—it actually works. We spent hours outside and no one got sunburned. It’s gentle enough for my toddler’s sensitive skin and doesn’t cause any breakouts for me either. I also love that it doesn’t have that overwhelming “sunscreen smell” some brands do. Absorbs quickly and leaves little to no white cast. Definitely keeping this stocked for the rest of the summer!

Better than other mineral sunscreens I've tried, will buy again
I have a lot of allergies, including fragrance and acrylates, so have to wear mineral sunscreens whether I like it or not. So far this one has been my favorite for efficacy and how it feels to wear. I accept that mineral sunscreens are likely going to need lots of rubbing in and leave a kind of oily and/or white film on skin, so I give myself a lot of time to rub this sunscreen in and let it "dry" while getting ready. As the day goes on, it soaks into my skin and the mild filmy feeling goes away, which does not happen with other mineral sunscreens I have tried. No noticeable white cast after initial rubbing in (I am very fair though). No weird smell which I love, and doesn't make my skin break out. Have not worn in the pool yet but when my skin gets wet while wearing this, water beads up and rolls off which makes me feel like it's pretty water resistant. Would probably be hard to get kids to wear as it takes a long time and some pressure to rub in, can't even get my husband to try it lol

Best quality especially with kids with eczema
Best sunscreen! Use it on both of my kids. My son has eczema and this works amazing!! Doesn't not irritate his skin at all. No issues with sunburn and lasts a long time before reapplying. Does take a little to rub in but still the only sunscreen I will buy for my kids.

Fair skin approved!
I burn sooo easily so I wanted a really high quality sunscreen for our family vacation. This sunscreen was awesome! Worked well for my whole family, only minor burns (probably from not reapplying often enough). My only complaints are that you have for rub it in a lot for the white residue to go away, and that you’re very greasy after applying. Worth it though!

Great product
Blue Lizard is my go to sunscreen for my whole family. Living in FL it's important when you are going to be out in the sun all day to wear sunscreen. I like the feel of Blue Lizard its quality ingredients and safe ratings. We also use their face sticks.

The ONLY sunscreen that I use
I have been using BLUE LIZARD SPF50 Australian Mineral Sunscreen since 2018 when we first went to Mexico. The resort we were going to in 2018 suggested that we use mineral sunscreen for their beach and expeditions. I started doing research and found Blue Lizard. I am not a tanner. I was in my 30’s but when I started to see the damage that it was doing to my skin I decided that my days in the sun were over. I am now in my 60’s and regret the damage the I have done to my skin by exposing it to sun. When we go to Mexico I always bring 2 or 3 8.75oz bottles of Blue Lizard SPF50 for our 2 week trips to protect my skin. It has done an AMAZING job of protecting me. Whether in the pool, on a bali bed or walking to our next destination the sun is always present. We try to stay in the shade but it is not always possible. By using this sunscreen I do not burn and I get minimum colour, which is exactly what I want, even with the Mexican sun beating down on us. It is best to apply a good 15 minutes before going out in the sun. Since it has zinc it does go on with a sheen but when rubbed in the sheen dissipates. I do not apply a thick layer. As a matter of fact on our last trip I purchased a sponge applicator which worked beautifully and I did not have to use my hands to rub it in. A thin layer went on, the sponge worked it in and no more lotion on my hands! If you haven’t tried it yet know that it is a great protection for your skin from the sun. And if you have tried it I am not surprised that you are coming back for more.

Truly impeccable!!!
This stuff is truly something else. It’s infinitely better than most big name brands and it works so damn well that when I was in a recent conflict, called me a pale face which is how I know how good it is keeping myself from toasting in the sun.

Excellent sun protection, we used it in Florida in May. None of us burned, we hardly reapplied either. So good, I’ll only use this from now on!

So for a long time ive been trying different mineral sunscreens as theyre more effective and less potentially harmful than chemical sunscreens. Having brown skin, the problem ive had with most of them is that they give too much of a white cast. But blue lizard is amazing! White cast is barely there and it doesnt leave my skin feeling greasy or dry. Added plus is that is it reef safe so its an all round good sunscreen. Of course the price is a little higher than drugstore sunscreens but the ingredients in this one is much safer. Theres no homosalate, oxybenzone or octinoxate so its safe for you, and for the ocean.
