Spiru tein

I love this protein shake! It's absolutely the best one I've found. When I drink it for breakfast, it sustains me until lunch with no hunger pains. I enjoy drinking it two ways: One, mixed in a blender with almond milk, ice cubes, 1/2 banana and a handful of berries. Two, with almond milk and the mix by itself.I used to find the lumps and clumps like many people are talking about when I started drinking this 10 years ago. So- How do I keep the lumps out? I pour the almond milk into a metal cocktail shaker then I add the milk. I put the cover on the cocktail shaker and shake. Easy! I either drink it then or pour that into the blender, add the other ingredients listed above and blend. Try it! A cocktail shaker costs less than $10 and it works well, is much easier and tastier!

I use the Nutty Berry Burst with frozen berries, cherries and almond milk or water. Since I use fresh, whole fruit I blend using my Vitamix. It blends well and the most important part is ...it tastes great!! It has a great flavor and no aftertaste. Some protein drinks have an artificial aftertaste or is gritty. The Spiru-Tein does not have those issues and makes drinking my breakfast and lunch enjoyable.Since I use my vitamix to blend my drinks, I can't comment on hand mixing or stirring. I've never had a protein powder work will without the help of a motor.

Nutty berry burst is the BEST flavor Nature's Plus makes in its line of protein shakes. Use an immersion blender and you won't get any lumps or icky pieces. I great product, full of good things.

Yum. This flavor is my favorite. Wish it were an Amazon Prime item...

This product had a rather interesting aroma, so I didn't use it.
