Unless you can write tiny you may have difficulties completing all the details. Still a very good thing to carry on your person ICE.

Very useful
The only reason I've given this 4 stars is one has to have very small writing to fill in the details and I'm not sure how many UK people know their blood group. It might be useful to include an electrostatic (easily removable) ICE 'sticker' that can be applied to the inside of window or front-door glass so that medics called to the house know there are medical details kept in the house.
