I keep trying other coffee but always come back to this
this is a great coffee by itself, or bought some coffee that you don’t quite like it’s fantastic blending with it so you don’t get any waste.

Good balanced flavour and a low acidity
These beans I've been enjoying for some months now either through Amazon or supermarkets. We are using bean to cup mostly and sometimes ground in our espresso classic style machine. We've tried this both ways and works for both. The company obviously are ethical and give fair price to the people involved but the price is also affordable fir what you get which is high end coffee, with not overly roasted, and fresh beans. The taste is well rounded with low acidity which I prefer for coffee in general, as it works with small amounts and large amounts of milk, but just as well as a black coffee without bitterness. The bag size means better value and less packaging too. I recommend this coffee.

Very good.
I had a long string of trialing many different coffee beans on Amazon and I think I have now settled on this one. It is tasty and rich and smells fantastic. Coming in a larger bag is also a lot more convenient than the generally smaller bags of other brands, I think it also works out that I'm spending less for the weight too which is obviously a bonus. This is by no means a cheap coffee. I've spent more and I've spent less but this falls in a range I'd consider good for the price. Once you dial in the grind size and the brewing temperature for it you begin to get repeatably decent cups with some nice round flavour and of course the obligatory chocolate you can get from Arabica. My current method for this one is the Aeropress because I feel it brings out the best in this kind of coffee, where a Moka Pot or another method either bring out too much or not enough, in my opinion. One thing to keep in mind is the bags are not resealable by design. I tend to just use a plastic clip to seal it back up which works fine for me but if you have a coffee container that would likely work better for keeping it fresh, though I haven't had a problem with the longevity just yet.Just give it a go, there's no harm if it isn't for you. I've just found for my tastes and purposes it works better than the dozens of others I have bought in the past few years. I'll be buying more from them, maybe a lighter roast as is my preference, but more for definite.

Really lovely tasting coffee. Well worth the premium price - you get what you pay for - perfect for use in a Moka Pot

Coffee beans
Tastes mild for a morning coffee. It is marked as hand roasted, however the beans looked mildly roasted or do not appear to be roasted.

Not the same as their House Blend
Nice coffee good price reminds me more of their Revelation blend. This is not the same as their House Blend - this is darker and is a blend of 2 beans they roast specifically for Amazon their customer service told me, this blend is not available from them direct.I prefer Union House blend and will get 1KG of beans direct from them in future. I’ve tried loads of coffee for my Aeropress from illy to Lavazza Spiller Tate but my favourite is Union House.
