Love this wine opener! Wish I'd bought an electric wine opener sooner. I'd always thought they were so expensive, so I was excited to see they're actually very affordable. I even bought one as a gift for a family member who makes and bottles their own meade, and they love it! A cheap and simple way to upgrade your kitchen.

Lightweight and portable, works really well, though the foil cutter somehow doesn't work as well as it did before. Nice color, great for the price.

I like wine and have many different wine openers. But this one is just amazing! It is so easy to open bottle now and removethe cork fron opener. I just press one button to open and after the other one to get rid of the cork. Fast, no muscle power needed. Looks stylish, the guests like it. The battery last about 4 months till now.

Works well/ quick easy

I have run through at least 5 rechargeable electric wine openers in the past 5-6 years. They have all been noisy and seemingly strained during use. I had my doubts about this very inexpensive opener using AA batteries but this is the best opener I've used, bar none. Amazingly efficient in retracting cork and so quiet I can't tell by sound when the cork is out. So far, no new batteries needed in first 8 weeks; highly recommended.

Ok, where has this been all my life. I have always struggled with the hand operated wine openers. This of so simple to use and the cork came out perfect. Let's hope it doesn't break before the 30 days are up. I don't drink often so I'd hate to find out is garbage before the return period is over.

The screw penetrates well. Cork doesn't always pull out. Nor does the shaft always ejects the cork. Wow, that sounds kind of NSFW. Let me try again with an SFW version. The cork screw always penetrates the cork well. It should get deep enough into the cork that it begins the cork extraction process. Once the cork has been fully extracted it should rest in the opener housing. Ejecting it from housing should be a press of the button. However, on the first bottle I tried it didn't get to the point of cork screw extension where it initiated the upward movement of the cork. It just stopped. I applied some elbow grease and pulled the cork straight up and out. Then it failed to eject the cork. But it worked on the second bottle I tried, it worked as advertised. Hmm... not sure why there was a difference. I can chalk it up to geometry of bottle neck, tightness & depth of the cork, phase of the moon and whatever. Well, when it worked, it's great. Even when it didn't, it was still better than using the corkscrew on my swiss army knife.

Ao apertar o botão para baixo, segure firme a garrafa e o aparelho o verá pelo visor lateral ele descer e subir com a rolha. Para extrair a rolha de dentro do aparelho é só apertar no botão para cima. Coloque como usa porque vi pessoas falando que não funciona e é SUPER INTUITIVO, rápido, prático e elegante abrir um vinho. If you often open bottles with cork, can you count how often you broke it? Well I cant and when I saw this electric wine opener so affordable I had to try it. Have to say while it is quite noisy with the small motor it does do its job really well and you can remove the cork from wine bottles super easy. It also has a foil cutter for easy removal of the foil over the bottles and then just put the opener on top, press the button and seconds later the bottle is open. Its super easy to use. Considering this electric opener is cheaper as some cork screw openers, I can only highly recommend it.

I tried to uncork several bottles of wine with this gadget - it worked about 5% of the time! The rest of the time it just pushed the cork deeper into the wine bottle causing the wine to spill. A design defect - I think the metal used for the worm is too thick. Stay away from this product.
