I have a black one that has been great for us but then we got this one for another room.... I'm frustrated. It constantly crashes in every streaming service. Sometimes it takes 6+ times of it going back to the bouncing roku screen before you actually get into Nitflix or Disney or Roku Channel etc... Sometime it does it when you select what you want to watch and same thing. It does it when your part way into whatever your watching. Sometimes works fine but I don't have this many problems with my other one.

Me mandaron el artículo en una caja que no era la original, desde que lo vi me pareció raro, al abrirlo, la hoja de producto venía toda arrugada, como que estuvo mojada.Al conectar el roku si funciona, pero el control no, cambié baterias, hice las pruebas y no funciona el infrarrojo.Ahora lo malo es perder tiempo, por ir a regresarlo.

It is a great product for beginning roku users in my opinion, or even anyone who's not looking to pay much for a streaming device that does pretty much the same as the other devices. The first: it is small and can be adhered on the edge of your TV, some are plugged usually behind the tv but you can easily slide this under your tv or whatever you want as far as the chord reaches.; the second, it uses USB power. My TV has an USB with power. So when TV is turned on or off the Roku is on or off. The USB cable has a tie band which bundles two cables together. So the TV still just uses a single power cable; the third, the platform is similar to other Roku devices and have many downloaded programs both pay and free content. The remove is easy to use, the set up is easy to use. All in all, I use this for a tv that isn't smart in my guest room and it does the job.. Almost upset that I paid more for higher end roku devices and it pretty much does the same thing. Oh, and forgot to mention, the quality is good too, the tv I have it on, it gives it a nice high definition picture!

I HAVE 4 ROKU'S....ONE IS IN A FAMILY ROOM FAR FROM ROUTER......EVERY ROKU I INSTALLED IN THAT ROOM WOULD NOT RECEIVE THE INTERNET. BUT FOR SOME REASON THIS ONE DID.....NO IDEA WHY....BUT IT WORKS

I bought this roku as a gift for my mother. She wanted a small tv in her craft room but doesn't have cable in that room.She was amazed that you can watch tv without cable. I'm trying to convince my parents to cut the cord and ditch cable, so this is a start.

Works like it is supposed to. We do not use voice recognition, but the rest does what we need it to. Easy to assemble, small and out of the way. Does not come with plug block. It does say in description, but we overlooked this. No biggie, we had several from our phones that work!I taped it to our 60” mounted on the wall so it would not dangle lol.

Slapped up a 32" TV I had laying around and threw this guy on it. Now have a descent little entertainment area above my workshop desk in my office. Runs Plex well and thats good enough for me.Good buy

This product did not work at all. As it turned out which for some reason, it was refurbished however it was the rice as a new item so it did not make sense. I could have sworn when i purchased it, the details read new however after receiving tried it but it did not work, it is only then after reading the package and separate sticker they added inside the box i realize it was refurbished.The item was returned and a refund was given.
