Delicious and fresh! I have about 2 teaspoons every morning on my toast.I was dealing with a lot of joint pain in my hands and hadn't be able to work on my painting for quite some time. I would wake up up every morning with stiff fingers that would ache all day long. Every morning I wake up to zero joint pain and have started working on my art projects once again!!!I had been purchasing bee pollen from the local co-op but they charged $1.90 per oz!!!This company is organic and more cost effective.

It has been years since I ate Bee Pollen. I ate it all the time when I lived in Hawaii. I bought Spanish for the first time because the reviews said it is sweeter than the normal Bee Pollen. It Might be a tad sweeter, but I found it to be drier and hard to the chew. Just the same, I eat a tablespoon a day and know that the most perfect food is good for my body.

Great for yogurt topper and smoothies! Now part of my healthy lifestyle diet/staple.
