All maple, or not?
The board stated it was a Canadian Maple Board. This is why I purchased it. When I received it, the label said something other than that, so I am not sure what this board is made of. I emailed the CAnadian manufacturer but did not hear back. I will keep the board, but feel this might have been falsely advertised. I have no idea if it is truly all hardwood.

pros and cons.!
pros: good looking, well built, true to size cons: a lot of deep sanding marks especially visable on the end cross grain boards. really could use an additional fine sanding. Raw wood! no finish or oils applied from manufacturer, wood is vary dry! I have re-oiled 3x in the 1st week and is still a bit dry!
