Good quality and affordable bread flour.
Great flour, made bread filled with pecans and sugar (Iberia pure cane turbinado sugar) which turned out lovely, bouncy and with a soft crumb.

Good quality and value for the price. I still don’t know why bread comes in these kind of bags, or maybe it’s just me but poor bag design for every flour, haha! But flour is good, no other complaints.

Excellent bread dough!
I'm new to baking sourdough bread and made my first loaf with all purpose flour. I wanted to try bread flour too see if it made a difference and I'm so glad I chose this one. It tasted amazing. The rise was so much better. Highly recommend this especially for sourdough!
