SoftalkTwisstop Detangler with Coiled, 25-Foot Phone Cord, Black

Didn’t work in phone due to the large outer piece blocking it from getting deep enough in to click in. Consider this when buying. If it’s inset even a tiny bit past even it won’t work.

Finally a device that actually works to keep my phone cord at work from getting ridiculously tangled!

the cord is good but the connection that prevents the cord from getting all wound up breaks up the sound so much that I am unable to use it.

Let me say it will not "detangle" the phone cord, but it keeps the phone cord from getting "as tangled" as without.The "detangler" did not fit my phone, I had to take a dremel tool and route out the jack just a bit to make room for the detangler.After the "surgery" I did to the phone handset, the product is working - that is it connects the handset to the base without static. And it does prevent some tangling of the cord.

Product is great and would work as described but as in other reviews if your head set jack is recessed it may not work. Mine was only recessed about 1/8th inch maybe a little less and even though the hookup is longer than normal would not latch. My problem though I knew the possibility from other reviews. My phone is older however so I will just replace it to suit the cord now.

This plug in does allow me to untangle my phone line easily but once ever 30 calls or so it will cut out on you and you have to push the plug in while speaking. It is a little annoying but doesn't happen often enough to remove it. My last cord was such a hassle that I think putting up with a call cutting out for a few seconds isn't a big enough deal to deal with a tangled cord.

I ordered this for my AT&T trimline phone and it works perfectly. I needed a longer cord and the fact that it came with a tangle free Twisstop was perfect. I love that the cord allows me to go all over my living room and half way into my kitchen, as well as all the way upstairs. The real bonus is that the cord goes right back to it's original size and never tangles. I am so satisfied with this product. I was worried that others had said the Twisstop didn't work on their phone, but it did on mine and I am over the moon about it! Highly recommend.

Disappointment with quality - used for 5 months and wire went bad - doesn’t stay in phone and calls are full of static and breaking up :(

I bought two of these and they both fit poorly. The phone cuts out during calls and I would return them if the return by date had not passed. Save your money!

This product does exactly what it says. I do not like using headsets or ear pieces...kind of old fashioned I guess. Was always struggling with a tangled cord. This item is a godsend. Flows easily, no tangles and no problem with connection either. Very pleassed

Three weeks after purchase it carry's a clear signal and so far the tangle free attachment is working good. Also has the stretch we were looking for.
