I ordered the Consistent 8GB DDR3 RAM, but unfortunately, I received a defective product that was not working at all. I immediately contacted Amazon customer care to explain the issue, and they were helpful and suggested that I wait for 4 days for a resolution.After the 4 days passed, I contacted customer care again, and they escalated my case to a team leader in the investigation department. Their behavior was very supportive, and they acted quickly to resolve the issue. They arranged for a replacement and sent me a new, fully functional RAM.Although the replacement process was time-consuming, the support from Amazon was excellent, and the issue was resolved in the end. Overall, it was a good experience, despite the initial inconvenience.

It was a defective RAM and after installing it in its dock, I had to keep on shutting down and restarting thiking RAM was fine. Over the next day the SSD crashed and Finally technician declared my Motherboard had died. The faulty RAM caused it. This seller is notorious for selling scrap as my technician informed. Please note and take action.
