I bought this because I was tired of dealing with endless cases of plastic water bottles. This is one of those purchases that just makes life easier. First, the size is perfect. Three gallons is enough to actually be useful without being impossible to lift or carry. The built-in handle makes a big difference — it feels balanced and manageable even when full. The Tritan material feels solid and clean, not flimsy or cheap. There’s no weird plastic smell or taste, which was important to me. You can tell it’s made to be reused over and over without breaking down. I use this for filling at water machines and also as backup water storage, and it does both really well. The screw top seals tight, no leaks, no issues transporting it in the car. What I appreciate most is the simplicity. No complicated parts, nothing to fuss with. Just fill it, use it, clean it, and repeat. It feels like something that will last for years if you take care of it. Also, not constantly buying single-use bottles anymore feels like a win — less waste, less hassle. It was getting a little harder for me to lift and lug five-gallon bottles. These are a much better size and weigh less when full. Now had I been thinking, I might just have filled my five-gallon bottles up to 60% and stopped, thereby removing the need to buy these bottles (hint hint) as they are higher priced than I would have anticipated, but I have never been accused of being too bright. Nonetheless, good quality, with no unusual taste to the water.

This item did exactly what it was expected to do, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. It works as described, is easy to use, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. The price was great for what you get, making it an excellent value. Everything about it—from performance to convenience—has been spot on. This is a solid and sturdy bottle with no leaking noticed. Well made. I needed a 3 gallon bottle for easier handling. The only negative is the price. I'll be keeping this bottle but I hope to find another bottle at a lower price.

I like these smaller ones. Easy to lift, easy to use. So far there have been no leaks, the water tastes good, there does not seem to be any leaching or foul odors. Good sturdy jug.

I bought 5 of these. The last ones in October 2023. We have to go get our drinking water and I love the 3 gallon size. We use a usb chargeable pump. I have dropped these full onto rocks and no cracks. I have not noticed any odor from the plactic. Love that they are BPA free and made in US. I bought extra lids but have not had to use them. Still screw tight. Will eventually purchase more for emergency stash.

Another waist of my money, the spout was too large to fit the port of my Ice Maker. Now I have it and have no use for it. I lost a lot of money on that order...
