I add cards for our small business through an IP based dashboard and didn't have any problems. The format on these is the standard 26 Bit Wiegand and the card/fob number is stamped on the back of these. The facility code is not included and is necessary to program these. I read some of the other reviews that said you could contact HID Global with the order number (also stamped on the back of the fob) and they would tell you the facility code. As some of the other reviews said, mine were preprogrammed with a facility code of 82. From an actual product standpoint, these seem to be working great. My employees kept losing the larger cards and this way they have them attached to their key rings and have less of a chance of losing them. They're very small and not too bulky.
