The mesh bracelet I was used to in past Skagen watches changed to a much cheaper feeling product. The watch was shipped with the battery turned on already so I'm sure the life of it is already greatly diminished. The date window setting is impossible to use. You can see it , but if it were a little larger that would be nice. I really like the mesh band. For some reason it reminds me of chain mail worn by knights. It makes an excellent Christmas gift.
