I love how these increase my range of movement when performing squats and lunges. I like how it targets different muscles for me different from using a block. Seems durable and comfy plus a great price!

Blocks help with exercises, durable and come with a bag to keep in when not in use.

Exactly what I expected. They are sturdy. I lift barefoot so they are soft on my feet. And they look beautiful in my girl gym!!!!!

Super good very helpful for diferente type of squads

The quality of the material isn’t the best. It started ripping from the first use. I learned to use it either barefoot or with light shoes so it does the job. However, I’m hesitant to use it with extra weights.

I’d been searching for quite some time for wedge blocks before making this purchase. One thing that stood out to me prior to purchasing was the other items offered and the price point. The wedges are amazing. I use them for squats, and I don’t ever feel unstable on them. I’m happy with my purchase, and I definitely recommend this over other sellers. You’ll get more for your money.

escribo esta opinion asi un año despues. ES un excelente complemento para el gimnasio. Lo he usado sin problema todo durante mis 5 dias de la semana de ejercicio y sigue intacto. Lo he lavado cuando ha estado muy sucio y no he tenido inconveniente. No ha pedido color ni dureza, tampoco a cogido mal olor.

A year and a bit on, foam holding up, haven't used them much but great for knee mobility exercises and general working out. They should add a foam work mat to this bundle, would be perfect. Really happy with functionality, lasted well and are of a good quality. Great value for money and good product.

I use the wedger to improve my clients Squat and deadlift positions plus its for ankle mobility plus works the calfs. The thing I would say I don't like about it is if can easily get tone or damaged.

Ich habe es als Unterstützung für Kniebeugen gekauft. Funktioniert gut, aber ich merke schon dass es nicht dafür gedacht ist. Bis Schuhgröße 46 geht es, drüber würde ich eine andere Lösung suchen.
