It's super Lightweight, stretchy and very comfortable. I'm 5'2" and 135 lbs, carry all weight on torso (38C). XL fit just right, not too snug or loose, thumb holes perfectly placed, hood generous but not awkward, would work well with a billed cap. Length is mid-bum on me. I am a distance runner in the southwest 100 degree burning hot sun. These shirts absolutely changed my life. I cannot say enough good things about this shirt. They keep you cool and protected. The light color is a good deflector and the shirt is never hot. It is lightweight, breathable almost like wearing nothing. It has a hood significant enough to cover both neck and ears and provide real protection. It has thumb holes and protects the back of your hands. I would say I am 10 degrees cooler on a run when wearing these and it has allowed me to do daytime runs which I prefer. I own every color and multiples of some. They can be used for boating, fishing, sports or just general protection. They run just a tad small as I am 5' 8 1/2" and generally take a small but ordered a medium and it fits perfectly. I would say size one up as a shirt or two up as a jacket if you want to wear a shirt underneath or like it loose. I will never be without these - the value for the protection they provide is incredible! I like it so much I came back to order more.The sleeves have thumbholes, so you can use the sleeves to partially cover your hands as long as you are not tall. I am 5’4”, and the sleeve length is just right for me on the XL. The material is light and more comfortable than other UPF tops I have purchased. The fit is cute, but you definitely need to size up. I usually wear a large top, sometimes medium. The XL in this top fits me perfectly.I love the white because it is versatile and goes with almost any casual outfit. The pink is a bright shade that goes well with exercise clothes. I just ordered the blue so cannot comment on the shade yet.
