Review: Redeemed! - Update: After seeing my somewhat negative first review, the company reached out to me and offered some tips to help with the chair squeaking as well as seeing how they can earn my future business. The company was quick to respond and wanted to make things right. All said, I am keeping the chair as it is comfortable, the heating function is amazing, and spraying all joints with lubricant temporary minimizes the squeaking. Best of all, I found a company that is willing to go the extra mile to back their products and keep their customers happy. After only a couple of uses the chair has developed a squeak when I shift my weight from the front to the back (I.e. when lean forward to take a shot). It is quite on the rotation, but still is unusable as a hunting chair in my deer blind. I would have expected more from a premium chair directly markets to hunters as silent.

The carry straps that come with it are not adequate and if I had to carry it too far I would device a better way to deal with it. Overall, I feel like I made a good purchase.

So far, I have taken this chair on one hunting trip. I found it to be very easy to assemble with one caveat. I had to turn the mounting plate around to a position where all four holes were perfectly aligned to the seat before I could get the screws in and there is only one position that works. This is the best hunting chair. It is quiet, adjustable, and heats to stay warm out in the cold. It is very sturdy and adjustable. Purchased a second one for another hunting blind I have.
