Update: I’ve had these for a while now. Overall they still still look nice. They’ve not as shiny now and some pieces had the black chip to show the silver underneath. We’ll need to polish them to try to return them to their old sheen. It’s definitely noticeable when there are water spots! Original: The silverware is good quality. We have washed them in the dishwasher in high heat with no problem. They look so beautiful! We may never return to silver silverware again!

I ordered these for our new home and the appears and quality is great! Very strong and durable. They were so nice I ordered another set!

When I first received these, I thought I had received the wrong product. It's not a matte black color, it's more of black chrome color. They are still very nice. I've ran them through the dishwasher at least 10 times already, and I see no signs of color chipping or fading. It also comes with it's own utensil organizer. Only complaint I could have is that because it's black chrome color, it's a water-spot magnet. Be sure to thoroughly dry them.

The quality is the best. I like the dinner forks, they are big, thick and durable; not thin and easily bent as some are; I wanted to check these first! The rest of the set, including the nice, sharp steak knives are great! I suggest this set is the greatest buy at such an affordable price!

The utensils are great for daily use, they seem sturdy and a good weight to them.

I switched out standard stainless for a new set of polished black - They are a bit more prone to spotting in the dishwasher, but replenished the rinse agent and all is good. Said nothing and friends visiting noted the new cutlery....a bonus to me I'm somewhat ashamed to say, but we ourselves have enjoyed using it as well - nice weight, sharp 'butter' knives. All appear durable.... except the Steak knives that are thrown in...nice bonus and really sharp, but don't appear as durable as the other pieces...........love them all .........brought a smile to our household's face and some friends too for a reasonable price! Highly recommended!

Really needed to replace our cutlery and this sleek colour n design was a great change, solid, sturdy and the steak knives are decent quality as well
