Works well
It works well for the price i paid. I use it to check steel pipe thickness before welding and repairing.

Good product, nice to have in tight places.

It is not exactly precise
We had an acrylic resin we were not able to acquire the thickness through the whole piece but we knew the dimension for the thickness measured with calipers was 1.247" the thickness gauge was reading 1.239 but because of the material given we had a tolerance of . 010" so we weren't really concerned with the deviation of the reading. Pretty simple to use it collects data it did what we needed it to do.

Stopped working
I recently purchased the WT100A Ultrasonics Thickness Guage. After two months of use, it stopped displaying any readings. Even when attempting to calibrate, it is unable to go through the calibration process. Hoping i can get some help from customer service but at this point it is disappointing to see the product stop working after such minimal use.(Update) Customer service was responsive and sent me a new product. Hopefully this ones lasts longer than the first

Disappointed
While I initially had high hopes when it worked great the first few uses, I have been greatly disappointed since.I use it to test wall thickness on PVC, steel, copper, & galvanized piping to find the input measurements needed for a Fuji Porta-C ultrasonic flow meter. Accuracy is of the utmost importance asy Fuji is used to check the accuracy of my customers installed totalizing flow meters. If my inputs are incorrect causing inaccurate output that shows my customers installed TFM to be inaccurate, then they could be replacing there installed TFM costing several thousands of dollars when that was not needed.Obviously that would be bad. This wall thickness tester worked great the first couple weeks I used it. Then it started throwing out thickness readings that weren't even close to being correct. Schedule 40 4.5" PVC wall thickness of 0.981 or 0.040 for example. I calibrated it using the method in the manual and it would be correct for that particular thickness but way off again when I moved to a different pipe with a different thickness.I ordered it in May and the return window closed on June 28th, so I am now stuck with a very expensive paper weight. I had assumed a 90 day return, but was mistaken.

Seems like a good product, but have questions
I like the product, but recently had one of the plug ends come a little undone and need to replace it. Would love to buy direct from the manufacturer
